
Booking & Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
Clients will receive confirmation of their booking via email or text message.

Clients must cancel or reschedule no later than two hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within two hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Call, No-Show") will be charged the full amount for the service(s) booked.
Clients with a No-Call, No-Show record will be required to pre-pay for future appointments at the time of booking.

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and considered a No-Show, resulting in the full-service charge.

Charges for missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of Quantum Wellness for Life in exceptional circumstances.
