- 
      
        
          
        
      
      - Clients must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure an appointment. 
- All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. 
- Clients will receive confirmation of their booking via email or text message. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Clients must cancel or reschedule no later than two hours prior to their scheduled appointment. 
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within two hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Call, No-Show") will be charged the full amount for the service(s) booked. 
- Clients with a No-Call, No-Show record will be required to pre-pay for future appointments at the time of booking. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. 
- If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and considered a No-Show, resulting in the full-service charge. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Charges for missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable. 
- Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of Quantum Wellness for Life in exceptional circumstances.
